Bio

Eric’s passion and expertise are for all things hospitality. Eric assists his clients in making informed decisions through preparing appraisals and feasibility studies of leisure real estate including hotels, resorts, conference centers, social entertainment venues, sports facilities, golf courses, amusement parks, and other hospitality properties.

Eric is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry. He holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute; is a licensed architect with membership in the American Institute of Architects; and is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants. In all engagements, Eric leverages his appraisal acumen with his architectural experience for the benefit of his clientele. His skill set bridges the gap between the feasibility and architectural objectives throughout the development process.
