We will be holding a Guest & Spouse Food Tour on Friday morning. This will be a walking food tour of the Jewish Ghetto and Campo dei Fiori areas. (This tour is for spouses and guests of conference registrants and takes place during the General Session programming. This is an optional event and there will be an additional cost per person for your guest or spouse to register.)

Join us for Spaghetti & Spritz, a hands-on group cooking experience that brings a taste of Italy to life. You’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch while also crafting three different styles of refreshing spritz cocktails. Equal parts interactive and social, this class is perfect for connecting, learning something new, and enjoying the fruits of your labor together. After the event, you’ll find yourself in the Trastevere neighborhood with plenty of nightlife to explore. Transportation will be on your own after the event.
