Bio

Joe Foltz has been one of the Atlanta market’s leading transactional attorneys for more than three decades. He represents developers, property owners, managers and equity investors in the acquisition, development, leasing, structured financing and management of commercial real estate, including hotels, restaurants and mixed-use developments.

Joe also practices in the area of corporate finance, secured lending and general corporate law. His corporate practice includes representing commercial lenders in mortgage and asset based facilities, as well as general corporate representation of closely held and regulated companies in mergers and acquisitions, finance and governance.

In November 2016 Joe quarterbacked the closing of the Plant Riverside District, a mixed use development by the Kessler Collection, transforming the Savannah Riverwalk with a historic power plant rehabilitation and a JW Marriott anchored development.
