Amanda Chivers specializes in asset management and oversight of hotel operations, property improvement plans, and strategic re-positioning of hospitality assets. Her duties include on-going management of senior, mezanine, and equity positions to include capitalization strategies, asset valuation, and return on investment analysis for various direct and indirect clients. Ms. Chivers has 12+ years of specialized experience in hotel / lodging and multifamily investment advisory and consulting. She has closed $1 Billion in hotel transactions representing major brands including Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, IHG, Hyatt, and Choice. In addition, she has assisted hotel owners in preserving and growing their hotel investment portfolio. Her strengths include problem solving, communication and transaction execution.
