Hong Kong (21 October 2016): The International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), in partnership with the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP) presented 31 year-old Kiichi Mashita of Japan Hotel REIT Advisors Co., Ltd. with the Rising Star Award Asia Pacific on 21 October 2016 at the InterContinental Hong Kong.
“Kiichi played a critical role in the two large complex transactions in his second year at JHR. We find it quite an achievement to become a valuable acquisition professional at the largest Hotel REIT in Asia (in terms of market capitalization) just within two years,” remarked Ian Lien, Managing Director of SC Capital Partners Group.
ISHC launched the Rising Star Award Asia Pacific in 2014 in partnership with HICAP to recognize young, emerging leaders in the Asia Pacific hospitality community. Nomination criteria requires an individual be 35 years or younger, be currently working and living in the Asia Pacific region and have a minimum of two of the most recent five years’ experience living in the Asia Pacific region and working in the hospitality development and/or investment field.
