Peter Harper of JLL receives Rising Star Award at HICAP

 

Hong Kong (30 October 2017): The International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), in partnership with the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP) presented Peter Harper, Executive Vice President of Investment Sales for JLL’s Hotel & Hospitality Group with the Rising Star Award Asia Pacific on 20 October 2017 at the InterContinental Hong Kong.

Peter is the head of JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group’s Melbourne Office and is responsible for the marketing and divestment of accommodation real estate throughout the primary and secondary markets of Australia’s southern states. He has been an instrumental team member and key negotiator in several of JLL’s record-breaking and landmark transactions in Australia. He has extensive experience in the divestment of hospitality & tourism real estate assets, international marketing, insolvency & receivership solutions, government consultancy & opportunity marketing, investment strategy reviews, and operator selections. He is well respected and recognized by his team and clients as a strong leader.

ISHC launched the Rising Star Award Asia Pacific in 2014 in partnership with HICAP to recognize young, emerging leaders in the Asia Pacific hospitality community. Nomination criteria requires an individual be 35 years or younger, currently working and living in the Asia Pacific region and working in the hospitality development and/or investment field. Past Rising Star Award Asia Pacific recipients include, Kiichi Mashita (2016), Nihat Ercan (2015) and Christopher Hur (2014).
