Tobias Kümmel is Partner and Head of Hospitality at IBCOL Real Estate, where he leads the company’s efforts in the hospitality industry, overseeing investments, service lines, and strategic growth. With a strong background in real estate development and hospitality consulting, he manages high-value projects, collaborating with private and institutional investors, family offices, and operators to deliver high-quality, value-driven hospitality developments.

Tobias holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Construction, Real Estate, and Infrastructure from Bauhaus University Weimar and studied Real Estate Management at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. His expertise spans project management, investment strategy, design, business development, and hospitality development. Having held diverse roles on both the owner and operator sides, Tobias brings a comprehensive perspective to each project. His interdisciplinary expertise—combining economics, design, architecture, hospitality, and real estate development—enables him to take a holistic view and develop strategies that create long-term value. With a solid foundation in family office investment and hospitality development, Tobias continues to drive innovative, sustainable projects that meet the evolving demands of the industry.
