Bio

Sarah Churchill has joined 10 Design (formerly 10SB / SB Architects) as Director of Business Development, leading strategic growth initiatives focused on the Western and Central U.S. Regions. Operating from Denver and reporting to the San Francisco office, Sarah will collaborate closely with leadership and travel frequently to deepen client relationships and broaden 10 Design’s footprint across hospitality, mixed-use, and other commercial sectors.

Sarah brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with deep expertise in CapEx planning, project strategy, and FF&E procurement. Before joining 10 Design, she led the Business Development team at Benjamin West, the world’s leading hospitality procurement firm, where she advised owners, asset managers, and project teams across the U.S. on setting critical budget and schedule benchmarks for millions of dollars of CapEx investments.

Earlier in her career, Sarah held project management roles, where she managed over $100 million in FF&E purchasing for 4- and 5-star luxury hotel and resort properties. She progressed from Project Coordinator to Senior Project Manager, leading high-profile hospitality projects from concept through completion.

Her insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Hotel Investment Today, and Hotel News Now/CoStar, and she is a regular speaker at events including the HUNTER Hotel Investment Conference, HD Expo, and ULI Hotel Development Council. She has also served as a guest lecturer at Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration.

Sarah is an Associate Member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and the 2023 recipient of the ISHC Lori Raleigh Award for Emerging Excellence in Hospitality Consulting. She currently serves as Executive Advisor to the NEWH Rocky Mountain Chapter, where she previously served as Chapter President.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with honors from East Carolina University.
