Randy Carroll

Bio

Randy is an Executive Vice President at CBRE Hotels. Based in Washington, D.C., he leads the firm’s efforts with hospitality related investment sales in the D.C. metro area. Randy is part of CBRE Hotels Institutional Group, led by Bob Webster, giving him access to significant resources across the CBRE platform to share with D.C.-based hotel clients. Additionally, due to the depth of his international hotel experience, Randy is able to connect CBRE investment sales in the U.S. with inbound international hotel investors.

Randy joined CBRE after 11 years in hotel acquisitions and asset management at a prominent, Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund. While at the fund, he had primary responsibility for the acquisition, disposition and financing of hotel and timeshare real estate valued in excess of $2.5 billion. Earlier in his career, he held senior level positions at MeriStar Hospitality, Hilton Hotels, Hilton Grand Vacations Company, Rosewood Hotels and other public and private lodging corporations.
