Mr. Abou Taleb has extensive experience in the legal field with a practice focused on commercial and investment arbitration and general corporate.

He is experienced in handling various complex arbitration cases related to civil, commercial, administrative, construction, hospitality & lodging, agencies, distribution, franchise, oil & gas, hotel management, international sale of goods, telecommunications, and power plant disputes.

Mr. Abou Taleb has handled arbitral disputes ad-hoc and under the auspices of several arbitration institutions, including the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), and the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). He also handled disputes and resorted to mediation under the auspice of CRCICA.

He is experienced in drafting, negotiating, and executing high-value transactions for corporations in the natural resources, manufacturing, construction, real estate, hospitality, telecommunications, and e-payment sectors.
Mr. Abou Taleb’s experience is mainly in the industries of hospitality and construction that encompasses various types of projects; e.g., hotel management, technical services, infrastructure, cement plants, real estate development (commercial, residential, and retail), airports, hotels, power plants, water desalination, wastewater treatment, museums and tunnels.

His practice includes advising on a wide range of civil law jurisdictions other than Egypt (e.g. Kuwait, U.A.E, Oman, Syria, Sudan, Iraq, Qatar, and Italy).
