Dubai, UAE – 31 July 2025: The International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), in collaboration with the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) World, is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Leadership Award, to be presented on the main stage at FHS World, taking place 27–29 October 2025 at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai.
This distinguished award honors exceptional leaders and innovators who have significantly shaped the global hospitality industry over the course of their careers. Candidates should demonstrate visionary leadership, impactful initiatives, and career achievements that reflect a lasting commitment to advancing the hospitality sector.

- Have a proven record of achievement and leadership in the global hospitality industry.
- Demonstrate influence through innovative initiatives, thought leadership, and industry advancement.
- Serve as a role model, inspiring the next generation through mentorship, community impact, or global collaboration.
- Be nominated by a sponsor who affirms the nominee meets these criteria.
Evaluation Categories:
- Achievement: The nominee’s professional milestones, leadership roles, and career progression.
- Impact: Evidence of thought leadership, innovation, and meaningful contributions to the industry.
- Legacy & Leadership: Influence as a mentor, community leader, and role model for future professionals.
Award Recognition:
The 2025 recipient will receive:
- Complimentary registration to attend FHS World 2025 in Dubai.
- Award presentation on the FHS World main stage by a distinguished ISHC member.
- Complimentary registration to the 2026 ISHC Annual Conference, to be held 24–26 September in Rome, Italy.
