Marlo Fogelman is the founder and CEO of marlo marketing, an award-winning integrated marketing agency with offices in Boston and New York City. She launched the agency in 2004 with one employee and four foundational clients - Starbucks Coffee Company, American Seasons, Nantucket Wine Festival, and Grafton Group - building the business around a deep expertise in hospitality, travel, and lifestyle marketing.
Today, marlo marketing is nationally recognized as a leader in hospitality marketing and communications, partnering with international, national, and regional brands across hotels, restaurants, spas, destinations, and hospitality groups. The agency is known for delivering strategic, results-driven campaigns that blend public relations, digital marketing, social media, influencer engagement, branding, and experiential strategy to drive revenue, visibility, and guest loyalty.
In 2024, Marlo expanded the company’s offerings with the launch of Outsourced Hospitality Solutions (OHS), a specialized division providing fractional CMO leadership combined with hands-on execution for hotel and restaurant operators. OHS was created to give independent and emerging hospitality brands access to executive-level marketing strategy and day-to-day support without the overhead of a full in-house team - ultimately helping clients drive occupancy, reservations, and long-term brand growth.

She is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Boston University’s College of Arts & Sciences.
