Position: Global Director of Client Services Hospitality
In my capacity as a relationship manager between BARE International and our hospitality clients, I have the privilege of collaborating with domestic and global partners across various sectors, including lodging, gaming, restaurants, airports, and tourism. My primary focus is to develop customized customer experience, compliance, and research programs tailored to the unique needs of each client. This involves employing industry-specific methodologies for data collection, enabling us to meet client expectations and provide best practice solutions and additional recommendations.
The collaboration process begins with an initial consultation during the business development phase, where we work closely with clients to define their program goals and objectives. This collaborative effort culminates in the creation of qualitative or quantitative programs, both of which provide valuable data points that allow us to uncover opportunities, identify gaps, and areas for improvement. Once the program is designed, we engage in a client review of the materials, which often leads to further program modifications and sample collection. We believe in a thorough testing process, ensuring that the final program aligns with our clients' vision and objectives.
As the relationship manager, I have the authority to synthesize the resulting data and deliver comprehensive recommendations to our clients. This ensures they have a clear understanding of the insights gained from the program and can make informed decisions to enhance their customer experience, compliance, and overall performance. I take pride in my ability to collaborate with clients, provide customized solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations based on robust data analysis.
