Bio

As co-founder and managing partner of CitiLife Development, I lead a team that develops businesses AND people for today's complex hospitality ethos.

Solving complex hospitality business challenges has been my charge since joining the hotel industry in 1998. Most of my energy is now directed to coaching employers of and workers from underserved populations to lead economic viability efforts, promote social equity, and encourage individual responsibility that contributes to community sustainability.

Some days, I feel like the Harriet Tubman of Hospitality.

Outside of work, I'm a lover of family, travel, and all things bacon!
