Frank Calaguire

Bio

Frank Calaguire is a performance-driven leader with extensive multi-discipline experience in general management, hotel operations, and marketing. Mr. Calaguire joined SCS as a Principal in 2002 specializing in strategic planning, operational effectiveness, talent development, and financial optimization. Frank has a reputation for creating high-performance organizational cultures and collaborating with operating partners to achieve exceptional results. Prior to joining SCS, Mr. Calaguire was a Senior Vice President with Starwood Hotels & Resorts. As a highly respected, Managing Director of the Westin Copley Place Boston, in 2000 Starwood named The Westin "Hotel of the Year" and the Massachusetts Lodging Association recognized Mr. Calaguire as "General Manager of the Year". Previously, Mr. Calaguire held senior operations and marketing roles for over 18 years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Calaguire is a graduate of The Hotel School at Cornell University, was a Division I varsity baseball player, and is an avid golfer today. He and his wife, Judith reside at the New Seabury Golf Club, Cape Cod, MA.
