Bio

Fabián Rodríguez-Suárez, M.S., is the Founder and Principal of FAROS Advisory, a consulting firm specialized in providing guidance and education to the private sector and governments in Hotel Real Estate Investments in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA). Additionally, he serves as a graduate professor at the School of Economic Sciences at the National University of La Plata (FCE-UNLP, Argentina) and as the Academic Director of the Executive Program in Hotel and Real Estate Investment, also at FCE-UNLP. With over 25 years of corporate experience in hotel investment, tourism, real estate, and brands, he has held top management positions for Latin America in leading consulting firms and global companies, including Hilton, Accor Hotels, Horwath HLT, and Cencosud. He is a member of ISHC (International Society of Hospitality Consultants), holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, a Master of Science degree in Finance from Torcuato Di Tella University, and has specializations in Negotiation and Conflict Management from ESADE Business School, as well as in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Además, se desempeña como profesor en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (FCE-UNLP, Argentina) y como Director Académico del Programa Ejecutivo en Inversión Hotelera Inmobiliaria, también en la FCE-UNLP. Con más de 25 años de experiencia corporativa en inversión hotelera, turismo, bienes raíces y marcas, ha ocupado puestos directivos en América Latina en importantes firmas de consultoría y compañías globales, incluyendo Hilton, Accor Hotels, Horwath HLT y Cencosud. Es miembro de la ISHC (Sociedad Internacional de Consultores Hoteleros), Licenciado en Economía de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, Magister en Finanzas de la Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, y se ha especializado en Negociación y Manejo de Conflictos en la ESADE Business School, así como en Inversión Hotelera Inmobiliaria y Gestión de Activos Inmobiliarios. Habla fluido en español, inglés y portugués.
