Mr. Hunden and his firm have worked on more than 800 projects and studies over the past 25+ years, totaling more than $6 billion in developed real estate, with $10 billion more in process. The firm completes approximately 50 assignments per year with its 12-person professional staff, focused primarily on mixed-use districts, sports facilities, convention centers, arenas, entertainment venues, dead malls and performing arts.
