Prior to becoming a consultant, my formative years in hospitality took me across Europe with stints at some of the finest hotels, coupled with studies at Cornell in upstate New York. With a focus on F&B, I eventually went on to run my own restaurants in SW London – Balham & Fulham, which I sold in 2012. I was fortunate enough to be welcomed back into hotels in 2010 by Bespoke Hotels where I stayed for 7 years, rising to the role of Regional Operations Manager responsible for two hotels in central London. Since 2017 I have helped establish HotelPartner, a technology enabled revenue management service, in the UK, alongside other consultancy roles that I have undertaken.

I can identify opportunities for profit growth across rooms and F&B, often utilising technology to improve productivity. With ever increasing challenges of recruitment and retention, I am constantly reviewing new methods for improving operational efficiencies.

Past Experience

Having had a broad experience across all departments my early focus was on F&B in hotels, restaurants and catering. In 2010 I was appointed General Manager of an Independent Hotel in London and rose to be the Regional Operations Manager. In 2017 I set out to focus on helping develop businesses and improve operations.
