In his role, Paul shapes the strategic direction of Benoy’s global hospitality practice, driving innovation in design aligned to guest experience, technology integration, sustainability, and community driven environments. A thought leader in the field, Paul is committed to positioning Benoy at the forefront of hospitality design, delivering projects that redefine luxury, functionality, and experiential design across mixed-use developments, branded residences, and hotels.
He has worked in the hospitality sector across the Middle East and Africa for the past 20 years, representing operators, owners and developers with feasibility studies, technical and design services, renovation, and improvement plans and operational consulting services for various hospitality and leisure assets. With expertise in aligning design excellence with business acumen, Paul actively engages with developers, hotel operators, and luxury brands worldwide, building enduring partnerships and advancing Benoy's reputation as a global leader in hospitality design. A passionate advocate for sustainability and inclusive design, Paul ensures that every project reflects the highest standards of environmental stewardship and operational innovation.

Paul is known for his strategic and analytical approach to hotel asset design and development. Paul has developed innovative Hotel Asset Software solutions to promote communication and understanding across all stakeholders aligned to hotel design, development, investment and capital expenditure projects, to deliver high-value operational assets.
Paul has written a number of articles on the use of metric and data-driven design for hotel projects.
Formerly the Managing Partner at RLA Global, the Regional Manager for Architecture, Design and Construction for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Director of Projects for Jumeirah Hotels, Paul brings a wealth of Hotel Design and Technical Services knowledge, and the ability to optimize developments to deliver efficient operation and a return on investment.
