Mitchell Imanaka has represented developers and lenders in Hawaii for 30 years. He has extensive experience in the timeshare and vacation ownership areas of the law, having worked on all of the major projects developed in Hawaii over the last fifteen years. He also has extensive experience in mixed-use development, condominiums, and subdivisions, and has worked on a number of large projects in Hawaii in resort areas. He is a past Chair of the Condominium Review Committee of the Real Estate Commission of the State of Hawaii and chaired the blue-ribbon committee that oversaw the successful recodification of Hawaii’s condominium laws.
