Bio

I have 40+ years experience in the Lodging Industry positions including Property Controller, Controller and Director of Development for a Lodging NYSE Co. Most recently (since 2002 - 20+ years) providing consulting services to owners, developers and communities operating Strategic Hospitality Resources LLC completing feasibility studies for a wide range of hotels styles from midscale limited service to upscale full service hotels & resorts. Most recently RV Parks has been added to this wide variety of property styles that have been all over North America. Other consulting services have included completing Impact Studies for 3 different hotel brands and expert witness services.

I enjoy traveling, playing golf and sharing with others my favorite non-working activity Alpine Skiing as a certified instructor.
