Bio

Michael J. Goldrich is the founder and chief advisor of Vivander Advisors, a consultancy focused on AI literacy, digital visibility, and commercial transformation for hospitality brands. He works with hotel owners, management companies, and technology providers to help commercial teams adapt to AI-driven discovery, distribution, and marketing. Goldrich also serves as President of the HSMAI New York City Chapter, where he focuses on strengthening industry community, content, and commerce.

Previously, Michael spent more than 25 years in digital marketing and strategy roles across the hospitality and travel ecosystem, working with global hotel brands, independent hotels, and technology platforms. His experience spans SEO, digital media, content strategy, and commercial technology adoption, with a recent emphasis on generative AI, agentic systems, and first-party data strategy. He is a frequent speaker, advisor, and contributor to hospitality industry publications, and the author of multiple works focused on AI literacy and the future of hotel visibility.
