Linh has been advising hotel investors in South East Asia since 2009 through her company, Key Hospitality Consulting. In her role, she is involved in hotel development, investment strategy, negotiations with hotel operators and education. She led and completed numerous hospitality deals on behalf of her clients with different brands such as Fairmont, Hyatt Place, Novotel, Hilton…
Most recently, she has been assisting one of the major Vietnamese real estate developers with the overall concept of Rach Tram Bay (172 ha) on Phu Quoc island into an eco-conscious destination.
In 2020, she completed the Harvard Business School program to become a Corporate Director and in January 2021 she was appointed Vice-Chair of the Board of Cityland Education. The first school to be operated under Cityland Education was the Vocational Education & Training by Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne (VET by EHL) which aims at delivering Swiss standards of excellence and best practices to Vietnamese students and professionals. As the Vice-Chair, she was in charge of recruiting the other board’s directors, appointing the executive team as well as overseeing corporate governance.
Since early 2023, she has been part of the International Advisory Board of Maison ELLE, the new lifestyle hotel brand from ELLE magazine. She advises the Chairman on emerging markets, strategic partnerships and development pipeline.
Linh started her career in hospitality as a developer for Accor but prior to that she had a diverse professional background including positions at an international media agency (NOA) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
Linh was born in Paris from Vietnamese parents and speaks French, English, Vietnamese and Spanish. She holds an Executive MBA Global Asia from Columbia Business School, London Business School and Hong Kong University. In 2012, she received the Distinguished Service Award by her MBA classmates.
