<span>Letvia concentrates her practice in international hotels and hospitality, vacation ownership and real estate projects. Her recent experience includes negotiation and documentation of hotel management, hotel marketing and related agreements, destination/loyalty membership programs, vacation clubs, fractional and private residence club projects.</span>
Originally from Cuba, she is multilingual and experienced in common law and civil law, handling matters in the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean. She is licensed to practice in California, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Her firm maintains offices in Palm Springs, California and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
She is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants; in the programming committees of the CHRIS-HOLA conferences; a former Chairman’s League Member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA); and a past president of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce California Regional Chapter, having served in the Chamber’s bi-national board.
Letvia earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisville (1972), a Master of Arts from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service (1976) and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center (1980).
