Building on a hotel-based operational and advisory foundation, I help hospitality owners sell their properties, providing clients with strategic guidance and focusing on optimizing their real estate investments while streamlining the transaction process.

Before transitioning to hotel brokerage, I spent more than 20 years completing hotel and attractions appraisals, feasibility studies, and market studies across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East, consulting on assets worth up to $2 billion. I have worked with major hospitality brands, developers, and management companies as part of more than 2,000 projects, and have extensive knowledge of brand criteria, best practices, valuation techniques, and current market trends.

My brokerage clients benefit from my advisor role, which incorporates practical analytical skills and a deep understanding of value. I have been a speaker at major hotel conferences and provided litigation support related to tax appeals.
