With more than 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality and executive search, he partners closely internationally with senior executives, owners, and organizations.

Florian holds professional coaching certifications in ICF (ACC) and EMCC (EIA), alongside an AI Manager & Consultant designation, reflecting his commitment to people development and innovative leadership solutions.

He leads cross-border executive searches, executive coaching, and leadership advisory projects for hotel management companies, property owners, and investors, spanning C-suite, board, and emerging AI- and digital-driven roles.

Having worked with brands such as Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental, and Hyatt and lived across 10 cities in the Middle East and APAC, Florian brings a rare blend of cross-cultural insight and AI-driven expertise that extends well beyond traditional executive search.
