I am an accomplished and passionate HR and hospitality leader who enjoyed a multidimensional career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. As the VP of People & Culture -Americas, I was the HR leader for 50 hotels and over 10,000 employees. Widely recognized as an employer of choice, Four Seasons was on the FORTUNE magazine "Best Companies to Work For" for each of the years in which I was the HR leader.
In my current professional life, I am providing HR and hospitality consulting services to small and mid-size private and/or family-owned businesses in which hospitality service is a key business deliverable and a company value. I have a strong business results-driven record of solving problems by identifying innovative - and pragmatic - solutions in the ever-increasing complex HR arena. I am quick to build trust with a diverse work group from line level (multi-generational) to the C-suite. A sample of my work includes building a strong employee culture that is the "best place to work"; all aspects of opening or transitioning a property: HR best practices and compliance; and all components of talent management.
