Bio
Chad F. Sorensen is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CHMWarnick, the leading provider of hotel asset management and owner advisory services. Chad is Chair Emeritus of ISHC and has held numerous Chair positions within ISHC.
He sits on the Board of Directors of the Hotel Asset Managers Association (“HAMA”) and is a designated Certified Hotel Asset Manager (“CHAM”).
Chad sits on the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, Michigan State University Real Estate Investment Management Advisory Committee, the Boston University Hospitality Real Estate Advisory Council and the ULI Hotel Development Council.
Chad is an alum of Harvard Business School, the University of Illinois Chicago and Iowa State University.
