Alex is an accomplished and integrity-driven professional offering over 30 years of experience both nationally and internationally. He has extensive hospitality experience with luxury, full-service and select-service projects as well as prototype development for major national brands including the original Aloft brand launch as well as Sheraton. Alex's experiences include time in the Middle East for a Saudi real estate group developing large luxury hotels in Makkah, KSA as well as time in Dubai. Alex brings strength in project team leadership, meticulous coordination of project details, inventive designs, and highly proficient technical competency and operational efficiency. Our sweet spot is full-service hotel designs where we balance beautiful architecture with planning that operators and developers love because everything is where is should be and we offer tight and efficient designs that don't build more than needed. A few highlights of Alex's experience is work on the Boca Raton Resort & Club, design for the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman Hotel & Residences. A 5,500 room 5-star hotel in Makkah, KSA as Client representative. Numerous Westins, Sheratons and now a great many soft-branded projects in both the urban and resort space.
