Bio

Aria has built her career in the food and beverage industry from the ground up, beginning as a barista and assistant manager before earning a BA from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. She launched her professional career with Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group in New York City, advancing from Assistant General Manager to General Manager and leading the opening of DBGB in Washington, DC, while supporting operations across the portfolio.

After seven years with Dinex, Aria relocated to Nashville to oversee operations at Rolf & Daughters and lead the opening of Folk, both nationally recognized for excellence in food and wine. As Director of Operations and Wine, she played a key role in guiding the restaurants through the COVID-19 pandemic, rapidly transitioning to successful takeout and delivery models.

In 2021, Aria founded Corner Booth Hospitality, providing operational and hospitality consulting for global luxury brands including Six Senses, Belmond, Aman and Four Seasons, as well as acclaimed independent restaurants - Cafe Mars and Bad Idea. She is known for her detail-driven approach, operational consistency, and strong training programs.
