Candidates must be 35 years of age or younger, have significant experience in a hospitality-related field, be recognized as a leader and have completed, as part of a team or individually, an important project for the hotel or hospitality company. The IHIF Conference will be 2-4 March 2015 in Berlin at the InterContinental Hotel
