He is on the advisory board of the Russian Hotel Investment Forum and the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference and is a regular speaker at these events, as well as the Berlin IHIF, IHC Rome and ALIS events and is regularly published and quoted on hospitality related topics.

Past Experience

Mr. Antel regularly advises hotel clients on legal, taxation and commercial matters, including providing initial structuring advice, negotiating and drafting various hotel management, franchise and lease agreements, representing owners and operators, as well as buyers and sellers of hotels in Russia/CIS and the Middle East and Africa and providing operational legal advice, including litigation matters. Mr. Antel has also assisted various Russian groups with hotel investments in Turkey, Asia, Montenegro and the Baltics. Today the bulk of Mr. Antel's work involves mixed use projects with particular emphasis on branded residential projects.
