Rob Hunden offers broad experience in managing the implementation of public and private transformative real estate projects. As a consultant, he has provided econ development, market/financial feasibility, impact, developer selection, and planning expertise for more than 800 projects and studies throughout the US and abroad. He works with several states on their tourism legislation development and management of programs, taught Destination Development courses at Kendall College from 2004-2010, and is an ongoing instructor for International Economic Development Council's CEcD Real Estate Coursework.

Past Experience

Prior to forming Hunden Strategic Partners, Rob was Vice President of Johnson Consulting in Chicago, where he worked for five years and managed over 100 projects worldwide. Previously, Rob worked for the Indianapolis Bond Bank, Indianapolis’ economic development finance authority. He also consulted for hospitality, retail and residential projects for Landauer Associates and Grubb and Ellis.
