JRPG Hospitality Consulting, LLC developed " A Look Under the Hood" assessment which covers basic overall hotel sales & marketing systems and procedures. The assessment is a United States Patent documentation and published Work Product and certificate Issued: April 2009. The outcome of the assessment is to identify potential opportunities and improve effectiveness and pin-point future direction as a means for increasing RevPAR and competitive position as well as recognize smart business practices within the hotel. This assessment can be conducted for any size or property type for a hotel, resort, conference center including a customized version for select service properties.
