Past Experience
My experience includes leading negotiations for the management, acquisition, financing, development and disposal of hotels, spas, restaurants and mixed use projects throughout England and Wales. The majority of my work has been in the budget sector, advising on schemes anchored by Premier Inn or Travelodge. I also lead negotiations in specialty areas such multi-jurisdictional portfolio disposals/acquisitions, Hotel Management Agreements, Company Voluntary Arrangements and other insolvency led restructurings, car park licensing arrangements and contracts with food and beverage providers. Longstanding relationships and client satisfaction are at the heart of what I do. I go out of my way to learn the nature of my clients’ businesses and to understand the sector-specific issues that they face so that I can support their growth by providing practical, targeted advice and support and deliver clear, effective solutions to often complex legal challenges.
