Ken began his hotel career with the luxury group, Four Seasons Hotels in Seattle, Washington. After various roles at multiple properties, his promotion to F&B Director, and 15 years with the brand, Ken moved to the cruise sector. Ken spent a decade overseeing corporate F&B operations for Royal Caribbean Intl. in Miami, the largest and most innovative brand in the cruise industry. Most recently, Ken was promoted to Senior Vice President at MarkeTeam, previously their VP of Strategic Development. MarkeTeam is a leading F&B consulting and beverage marketing group based in Orange County, California focusing on F&B brand building, bar & restaurant concept development and beverage program marketing since 1991. Ken and his wife Alicia, son Jack and daughter Madison reside in Las Vegas, Nevada.
