Collaborative partnership with Julie Reigle of JR Hospitality Consulting, LLC to guide hotel owners, asset managers, brands, and third party management companies; focus on developing strategies to increase efficiencies, drive top line revenue and improve market share. Converse with providers of hospitality solutions within the disciplines of sales and marketing, revenue management and e-Commerce for all hotel types and sizes.

PG Hospitality Consulting, LLC was founded in February 2009. It continues to work with some pre-existing clients and provides a non-core service of JRPG Hospitality Consulting, LLC such as temporary staffing services for predominantly Directors of Sales & Marketing and Director of Catering. Assignments range from 2 weeks to 12 month.

JRPG Hospitality Consulting, LLC developed " A Look Under the Hood" assessment which covers basic overall hotel sales & marketing systems and procedures. The assessment is a United States Patent documentation and published Work Product and certificate Issued: April 2009. The outcome of the assessment is to identify potential opportunities and improve effectiveness and pin-point future direction as a means for increasing RevPAR and competitive position as well as recognize smart business practices within the hotel. This assessment can be conducted for any size or property type for a hotel, resort, conference center including a customized version for select service properties. For larger hotels, this assessment could suggest a deeper analysis into a specific discipline through one of our other products: Hotel Inspection or Revenue Management Tune-Up.
