Bio

Kristie Dickinson is a Managing Director/EVP and founding member of CHMWarnick, a leading hotel asset management company and global business advisor to the hotel investment community. She brings 29 years hospitality industry experience including property-level operations, corporate brand management, consulting and asset management. In her current role, Kristie is responsible for corporate revenue strategy, business development and strategic growth initiatives for the company and portfolio, and for working with the asset management team to enhance client service offerings. She has advised clients on the acquisition and strategic positioning of more than 200 hotels, including resorts, full-service, select-service and mixed-use assets, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to create value. Prior experience includes serving as a senior hospitality consultant for two international firms, and management/franchise sales for an international hotel brand company.

Kristie serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC). She is member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving on ULI’s Recreation Development Product Council, Women’s Leadership Initiative Council (Boston/New England Chapter) and is an UrbanPlan Program classroom volunteer. She is actively involved with the Castell Project, advancing diversity in hospitality leadership, and serves on the Castell@College Advisory Board.
